Welcome to Hinglee!

We have established the following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"), Privacy Policy, and Community Standards, collectively referred to as the "User Agreement". Throughout the entire User Agreement, certain terms have specific meanings, which should be interpreted in the same manner wherever used. If you have any questions about any content or if there are any ambiguities regarding our operations, please feel free to contact us at any time. Our goal is to enhance transparency and deepen understanding of how Hinglee operates.

This agreement is very important for both you and us, so please read it carefully.

If you do not wish to read or agree to the "User Agreement", please do not use our services. However, if you use our services, it indicates that you agree to be bound by the "User Agreement".

1. Children's Personal Information

Our services include all aspects of the mobile application, website, and software and systems supporting the application and website.

To use our services, you must meet the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 may not create an account or use the service.
• We may provide additional services with additional terms that may require you to be older to use them. Therefore, please read all terms carefully.

By using the service, you declare:

• You will comply with these terms as well as all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
• If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you declare that you have the authority to represent the company or entity to grant all licenses and rights specified in these terms.

You hereby warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If the information provided by you in this regard is not true, Hinglee shall not be liable as it cannot verify the age of users. If you are under 18 years old, please do not attempt to register or use the application or service. If you are under 18 years old, whether you register or not, you can use this service with the approval of your parents or guardians. Additionally, you should review these terms with your parents or guardians to ensure that you and your parents or guardians understand and agree to these terms.

2. Data Protection and Privacy

Our privacy policy describes what information you share with us, when you share it, and how we handle this information when you use our services. 3. Content

Content refers to personal profiles, photos, messages shared through our services.

You are responsible for the content shared through our services, including ensuring that you have the right to use the content and that the content complies with laws, rules, regulations, and the User Agreement. If you share content that you do not have the right to use or that violates laws, regulations, rules, or the User Agreement, we reserve the right to delete it. We do not tolerate harassment, intimidation, defamation, threats, hate speech, child exploitation, sexual abuse, promotion of suicide or self-harm, intellectual property theft, or other illegal activities. For more information, please refer to our Community Standards, which are part of the User Agreement.

You own the content shared through our services and grant Hinglee a license to use this content under the following conditions:

• Global Sharing Content: Content shared with everyone on Hinglee. As an exchange for using our service, you grant us a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute the content you share globally. Share content through any and all media or distribution methods. This license authorizes us to provide your globally shared content to other parts of the world and allows others to do the same. You agree that this license includes the right for Hinglee to use, promote, and improve our services and to jointly, broadcast, distribute, promote, or publish globally shared content on other media and services to other companies, organizations, or individuals. When Hinglee or other companies, organizations, or individuals engage in such additional use, no compensation will be paid to you, as you hereby agree that using our services is sufficient compensation.

4. Reporting Violations

We are not obligated to monitor the content shared by people through our services. Nevertheless, we hope that our service will be a place where people can have fun and express themselves authentically while feeling safe. Content that violates the rights of others or does not comply with laws, regulations, rules, or the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "violative content") is prohibited. If you discover violative content, you can report it to us through the reporting feature in the application or by visiting the reporting form on our website.

If you believe that your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you can report it directly in the application or visit our website's copyright reporting form.

5. Termination of Our Service

If we determine that you have shared violative content or used our service in a manner that infringes on the rights of others or does not comply with laws, regulations, rules, or ordinances, we may temporarily or permanently suspend your account and prevent you from using our service. Please note that certain violative content (such as child sexual abuse material (CSAM)) will result in an immediate and permanent suspension of your use of our service.

You can appeal the suspension by contacting us via email. To protect you, other users, and our service, if we detect abnormal activity that may pose technical or security risks to you, other users, or our service, we may temporarily suspend your account.

If your account remains inactive for more than 2 years, we will delete your account. Before doing so, we will notify you so that you can stop the deletion as needed. You can enter your account settings at any time and choose the account deletion option to delete your account.

6. License to Use Our Service

Our service is protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other laws around the world. Nothing in the User Agreement grants you the right to use the Hinglee name or any Hinglee trademarks, logos, domain names, other distinctive brand features, or other proprietary rights.

During your use of our service, Hinglee grants you a personal, global, royalty-free, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of our service. The sole purpose of this license is to enable you to use and enjoy our service in accordance with the User Agreement. This license terminates when you stop using our service. Hinglee may use any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide about our service free of charge.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. You can understand how we handle your information when you use our service by reading our privacy policy. We encourage you to read the privacy policy carefully, as by using our service, you agree that Hinglee may collect, use, and transmit your information in accordance with this policy.

8. Respect for Others' Rights

Hinglee respects the rights of others, and you should too. Therefore, you may not upload, send, or store the following content:

• Infringing or violating the public rights, privacy rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others;
• Bullying, harassing, or intimidating;
• Defamatory; or sending spam or solicitations to Hinglee users;
• Inappropriate for other users or illegal, including but not limited to any defamatory, inaccurate, illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, obscene, offensive, vulgar, offensive, pornographic, hateful, or advocating violence, racism, or hatred;
• Introducing viruses, time bombs, worms, cancelbots, Trojan horses, and/or other harmful code;
• Reverse lookup or track any information of any other user or visitor or otherwise use the service to obtain unauthorized information;
• Attempting to access any portion of the service or any system or risk line without authorization by hacking, stealing passwords, or any other illegal means;

You must also respect Hinglee's rights. These terms do not grant you any rights to use the brands, micro-marks, designs, photos, videos, or any other materials used in our service;

• Copying, archiving, downloading, uploading, distributing, associating, broadcasting, performing, displaying, providing, or otherwise using any part of the service or service content, unless expressly permitted in these terms;
• Using the service or service content for any commercial purpose without our consent.

You may not use the service or service content in any manner not expressly authorized by these terms, and you may not assist or permit others to do so. We reserve the right to delete or refuse to distribute any content contributed by Hinglee users at any time (but without obligation). For example, content that violates these terms of service. We also reserve the right to access, read, retain, and disclose any information we reasonably believe necessary to:

• Comply with any applicable laws, regulations, legal procedures, or government requests;
• Enforce these terms of service, including investigating potential violations;
• Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues;
• Respond to member support requests, or protect our rights, property, or safety, as well as those of our users and the public.

We are not responsible for enforcing or not enforcing these rights under these terms of service. You understand that by using or accessing the application or service, you may come into contact with content that may be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise unethical, or in some cases, encounter mislabeled or otherwise deceptive content. In any case, we are not liable for any content or communication, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any form of user-contributed content, or any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in any way related to any Hinglee content or content posted by users on the application or provided, sent, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service.

9. Respect for Copyright

You agree to upload, post, submit, or otherwise transmit user-contributed content only in the following cases:

• You have the legal right to use, distribute, transmit, or display it;
• Do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights or personal rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights, moral rights, or image rights).

Hinglee respects the legitimate rights of others and requires its users to do the same. We make it easy for you to report suspected copyright infringements. If you submit a notice to our copyright agent, you must:

• Include a handwritten or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
• Identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identify the content claimed to be infringing and provide reasonable information sufficient to locate the content;
• Provide your contact information, including your address, phone number, and email address;
• Provide a personal statement indicating that you believe in good faith that the content in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• Provide a statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you have been authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, otherwise consenting to injury compensation or penalties.

10. Security

We strive to ensure that our services are safe for all users, but we cannot guarantee it. By using the service, you agree that:

• You will not use the service for any illegal or prohibited purposes under these terms;
• You will not use any robots, spiders, pairing tools, scrapers, or other automated means to access the service or extract information from other users;
• You shall not use or develop any third-party applications that interact with the service or other users' content or information without our written consent;
• The manner in which you use the service shall not interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or prevent other users from enjoying the service, or may damage, disable, overload, or impair the function of the service;
• Without permission from others, you may not use or attempt to use other users' accounts, usernames, or passwords;
• You will not solicit login credentials from other users;
• You may not post content containing pornographic, violent images, threats, hate speech, firearms or other weapons, or advocating violence;
• You may not upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the service;
• You may not attempt to circumvent any content filtering technology we use, or attempt to access any service areas or features you are not authorized to access;
• You may not detect, scan, or test our service or any system or network vulnerabilities;
• You may not encourage or facilitate any activities that violate these terms.

We also care about your safety when using our service. Therefore, do not use our service in a way that distracts you from obeying traffic or safety regulations. Never allow yourself or others to be harmed.

11. Your Account

You are responsible for any activity that occurs in your account. Therefore, ensuring account security is crucial. One way is to choose a strong password that is not used for any other account. By using the service, you agree that, in addition to using common sense:

• You will not create multiple accounts for yourself.
• If we have disabled your account, you will not create another account unless you obtain our written permission.
• Without our written permission, you may not purchase, sell, rent, or lease access to your Hinglee account.
• You will not share your password.
• You will not log in or attempt to access the service through unauthorized third-party applications or clients.

12. Data Fees and Mobile Phones

You are responsible for paying any mobile charges that may result from using our services, including SMS and data charges. If you are unsure of these charges, you should ask your service provider before using the service.

13. Third-Party Services

If you use services, features, or functions provided by third parties operated by third parties and provided through our services (including services jointly provided by us and third parties), the terms of each party will govern its relationship with you. Hinglee shall not be liable for any terms of or actions taken under third-party terms.

14. Modification and Termination of Service

We have been tirelessly improving our service and creating new services. This means that we may add or remove features, products, or functions, and we may also completely suspend or terminate the service. We may take any of these actions at any time, and when we take action, we may not provide you with any advance notice.

Hinglee may also terminate these terms at any time for any reason without notice. This means that we may stop providing you with any service or impose new or additional restrictions on your use of the service. For example, we may disable your account for long periods of inactivity or improper behavior, and we may revoke your username for any reason at any time.

15. Disclaimer

We strive to keep the service running smoothly and avoid any trouble, but we do not promise that we will succeed. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," to the extent permitted by applicable law, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, ownership, and non-infringement. Furthermore, although Hinglee seeks to provide a good user experience, we do not declare or guarantee:

• The service will always be secure, error-free, or timely;
• The service will always run smoothly, without delay, interruption, or defect;
• Any Hinglee content, user content, or information you obtain on or through the service will be timely or accurate.

Hinglee shall not be liable for any content, contribution, or information created, uploaded, posted, sent, received, or stored by you, other users, or third parties on our service or through our service. You understand and agree that you may encounter content that may be offensive, illegal, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate, and Hinglee is not responsible for this.

16. Payments,Fees and Charges

You may make payments to us from time to time in connection with the "platform". You agree that, in addition to any other relevant provisions of these terms, you will comply with all terms and conditions of the relevant payment service (whether the payment service provider is us or a third party). We are not liable for any transactions processed by third parties or any payments made to third parties, whether or not, in connection with the relevant licensed items. You agree to bear all costs and taxes associated with the platform and that all prices and availability of the platform may change from time to time.

Unless otherwise provided in these terms of the services or required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, no virtual goods and virtual currency shall be refundable after purchase (whether used or unused) under any circumstances.

Please note that telecom charges and other charges may be incurred when you are using the "platform". You are responsible for all such fees, charges and expenses.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hinglee and our directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or multiple damages, or any loss of profits or damages.

18. Final Terms

• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hinglee and supersede any prior agreements. These terms do not create or grant any third-party beneficiary rights.
• If we do not enforce any provision of these terms, it will not be deemed a waiver.
• We reserve all rights expressly granted to you. Without our consent, you may not transfer any rights or obligations under these terms.
• These terms are written in English. If there is a conflict between the translated version of these terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
